Hi Ken. Nice video. We had a rental home in Reunion for about 5 years. Great experience. Lots of nice amenities and a great place to visit. I have a couple videos about it along with financials if anyone is curious about it from a rental perspective. Turned out pretty well but I think we were lucky on the timing. Keep up the good work.

Hello, I am from Canada and an offer we placed on a house in Reunion was just accepted. I would very much like to see your videos and financials that you mention. I would really appreciate. Txs very much!

Great job with the video. We recall all the discounted homes in Reunion back during 2008 to 2012; should have bought a bunch back then.

Reunion seems like it could be a good alternative to Celebration. Thanks for sharing Ken.
@robertferguson81743 жыл бұрын
I personally agree with you. Plus celebration is just a quick 5 minutes up the road. Plus you also have West Kissimmee that's been revitalized.

I agree Celebration is a nice place to visit. But last time I wen there the traffic was crazy (pre COVID) Reunion there is never traffic in the resort because the security at the gate 24/7

@@kenpozek Also the HOA dues actually cover quite a bit. Trash 3 times a week,…including big bulk trash once a week, DirectTV, Internet, Pest Control, complete landscaping & mowing, of your entire property, power washing your house once a year, security on patrol 24/7 & a few other things so for around $400 it’s not bad at all really.
@marchammond45083 жыл бұрын
@@martymcfly4838 Wow that does cover a ton of stuff! Marty, question.. If I buy a home with the social membership and maybe the golf membership add on, and I rent it out part of the year, can my renters use the social and golf? Thanks
@martymcfly48383 жыл бұрын
@@marchammond4508 Yes. They just pay a little more to to golf than a member to golf. The also pay $40 a night to be able to use the facilities.

So to clarify it’s an Airbnb friendly community? Meaning I can buy a home and Airbnb it.. sorry just want to clarify.. also what’s the school district like?

Correct. Airbnb is welcomed. I can’t comment on schools, but if you check out niche or great schools.org, those are great resources

Thanks Ken for all your videos, they’re great and very informative. One question, in terms of looking for something that can be rented to offset cost.. is there a product that is more rentable than others? Mid-size homes, large estate style homes that can accommodate multiple families, or condo/hotel units? If I purchase a 2nd vacation home and want to rent it out short term how often can I expect it to be rented out realistically when I’m not blocking out for personal use (during non pandemic of course) ?
@kenpozek3 жыл бұрын
They all rent out well. I’d go a 3+ bed condo or a 5+ bed home for the best roi

That’s why the prices are more affordable than celebration. 200k condo in reunion is 350k in celebration
