The Majority of the events at Lake Nona ex: movie night on the lawn, fitness center, Swimming area, Art after Dark, Boxi Park, the school system, the driverless trolley system, etc. These are some of the true selling points which makes Laruate Point stand out from rest.

Dreamfinders did an awful job on our house! Beware. We have walls that are not straight, outlet holes cut wrong, broken window latches, the list goes on and on and they never fixed the issues.
