Thank you for the video. I'm wondering what a good exercise plan would be to continously improve in kata. I'm trying to compile one for myself but I'm a bit lost because there so sooo much to do (speed training, weight training, weight training for speed/power, resistance band training, kime training, improving individual techniques, and of course, kata training). Do you have any split of different trainings that you would recommend to follow on a regular basis?

Ningún ejercicio con salto que tenga la barra en la cervical es provechoso, al contrario es dañino y muy peligroso. Allá ustedes si entrenan así.

Sensei, I'm a person who is working for hip flexibility. Will squat training along with flexibility exercise affect my flexibility?
