31 years old learning never knew what a Bromeliad was till I saw them at Target today, so cool they are part of the Pineapple family cause I love Pineapple! Pineapple is the king of fruits it even comes with its own crown!

I have planted Bromeliads in full afternoon sun, it's first summer for them, I'm in Sydney. I noticed lots of sun burns on them. I'm not sure which varieties I have, but all of them have little spikes on them. Do bromeliads adapt to full Sun ? Or I should move them in partly shady place before it's too late.

It's late but: In the wild they grow on trees, so you have to give them something to breath in. I would say anything that's good for orchids is good for them too. just make sure the plant is secured and doesn't fall.
