No. Momoto won the set and the match with his experience. Kambi again not the best fit for team event. He is more of individual player. When he represents his country, he easily under trenendous pressure.

That was clearly experience from km, momota is known to have one of the best coverages during his prime, he has a good smash but overall one of the best balanced player in the circuit.

As an Indian Badminton fan, im happy for Momota's recent victory against Kidambi however, it should be discounted as Kidambi is also not in his prime and would even lose to any of the current world top 30 mens singles players. Momota wouldn't win against the top 5 Asian mens singles players he would lose by a huge margin.

Kambi is not the best fit for team play. He is an and was an excellent player. But not all players are made to play team event, and need to carry the weight of the nation. Not his fault but team india shld realise this before
