Reich 2.0 is in way over his head as a head coach. The Colts need to press reset on the organization and bring someone in that knows how to demand results from his players. I don't know if he'd ever come here, but try and get Cowher to come out of retirement and run the organization as the general manager and head coach. I cannot imagine Belichick would come here but he would be good too.

I am with you, I just can't understand how someone would take themselves out of the game. I never did it when I played sports, didnt do it in the Army and still don't do it. College football is way different. College you're lucky to keep players for 4 years. NFL is the best of the best. I do agree ar needs to be benched but they should be using him in packages with Flacco starting. By that I mean flea flicker plays/ ar doing what he does and running the ball. Transition him to wr like pryor if he wants to carry the ball and use him as a dual threat. Just my thinking 🤔 at least until he's ready to be a qb

You're not seeing this with the correct lenses. He is young and trying to do the right thing. In his head, he thought I'm winded and can't help the team. I should tap out. It was wrong, but he didn't understand that. He will be coached up, and never do that again. It was a sign of a young, inexperienced player.

Dude the QB has been the issue for years. If you don't have a competent franchise QB you can't win and your players will suffer from the lack of QB play. That's why the QB is the most important player on the field. WR's suffer the most from an inconsistent QB.

We did need a quarterback but Ballard rolling the dice on this one hurts and will continue to hurt. If I am Steichen, he is benched for the next few games, and runs wind sprints until he pukes every practice, to never check out!. First the tap out, second is the dumb throw from the goal area at the end of the half, third is the lack of awareness on the run at the end of the game to chose to not go out of bounds and fight for insignificant 4-5 year and keep the clock running.
