Greetings to you Kent, hoping you're doing well. Thanks for bringing the Anarumo presser to us here. I believe Coach Anarumo to be a smart, and confident defensive coach able to identify a better grade of player that will certainly be needed in the defensive roster at various positions. I also believe him capable in shaping and in some cases re-tooling some of our players to where performance can rise. He's a well respected football coach and is well spoken and I think capable of turning some things around defensively. I'll be hopeful that we can get him some talent in the areas it is that he recognizes it's needed. Based on all I know about this man as a defensive football coach, and manager of men, I feel good about the hire, and his ability to improve our defensive performances. Hello Kent , I thought this guy answered his questions the best he could. I like how he said what he wants from these players and not what thier gonna do. Because we have players on this defense that can’t tackle, can’t cover. I liked him as a head coach candidate 3 years ago. Cincy's defense was bad these past two years. He has a better scheme than Bradley for sure. Draft a CB1, a DE to pair with Ebukam, a safety to pair with Cross, and a LB to replace Franklin by 2026. They have to spend money in free agency, stop being so damn cheap.

I thought he said some good things. The question is, can he be a guy that’ll turn the culture around? When you have multiple defensive players publicly saying there are problems, and then a head coach that says ‘eh, no there’s not,’ does it matter who the coach is if you can’t all get on the same page? Football knowledge and football leadership are not necessarily the same thing and you need both.

i will believe it when I see it. The Bengals defense was terrible. They couldn't stop a cold. They had the most potent offense in the league, and in order for the Bengals to win Burrow, Chase and company would at least have to score 35 to have a chance. If they didn't have the best offense in the NFL, the Bengals would have been lucky to win 3 games
