Nice relaxing video. Your wasp encounter reminded me of my first encounter with a wasp when I was 8/9: my cousin and I found a wasp just sitting on the sidewalk, not moving, like it was dead. Cousin wanted to step on it, but she was barefoot, so she told ME to step on it, I had socks on. The wasp was NOT dead. The good thing was I got to stay home from school for two days because I couldn't walk, so I know the pain you are going through. Thanks for the memory.

Honestly Andy, I 100% share your love of the colder, wetter, 'worse' weather. I bumble through summer, smiling like everyone else that the sun is shining. "isn't it a beautiful day" everyone says, when all you're doing is sweating your tits off. Me? Give me the other three seasons any day. Being in the rain in a woodland is a joy. Frost, snow? Everyone complains of the nights drawing in. Why?! It's cosy, secure. Bring it on!

I camp often (even at 64) but it is very tough to camp in an open tarp or hot tent in grizzly country or down here here in south Texas because we are lower on the food chain or make a great place for any of the venomous snakes hanging out at night. So an enclosed tent is a must, even on out kayak camping trips… but it’s better than staying home doing yard work… another great video sir.

You need to bring baking soda it helps with the sting. If you are near water you can stand in the wet sand on the waters edge bare foot for a foot sting. Or you can just go wading My Dad told me that. I imagine wet mud would do the same but the other is cleaner. If you have a couple of Aspirins you can crush them and mix with a couple of drops of water to make a poultice paste, if you don't have baking soda or Epsom salts.

Warm, and cosy, just right for the night. I heard a movement and felt a squish, at first it was quite ticklish. Then it got tight, I had to fight, my stinger , my sword, it turned into a fight. I battled one way, it was just too big, I hope I stung the bastard that did. Now I lye here on the ground, I hope his foot is swollen and bound. LOL love your stuff man.
