Eastern KY rides are fun. Red River Gorge. State Route 32 from Louisa to Morehead. Route 7. Open road US 23. Just all kinds of great scenery everywhere.

I eat at that restaurant every week they sometimes have some awesome entertainment Fri&Sat evenings 6to8 pm. the riding in that area and all around it is awesome.

I’ve been through the NADA tunnel several times. I live in Bloomfield, Ky. The Red River Gorge has some great roads through there. Out around that area there are off-road trails to ride to if you’re into the ADV thing. I’ve got a 23 ultra limited the 120th anniversary edition and a 23 BMW r1250gs adventure.

Red River Gorge in KY is beautiful. I also recommend the back roads ro Mammoth Cave. And in N. KY you have to stop by Rabbit Hash.

Have you rode the Hillbilly Triangle? It's Irvine, McKee and Beattyville, Ky. Rode it last yr. Very remote areas. Also South West of that area is a great road called The Rattlesnake 192. Neat little souvenir stand with all the trinkets you want. Planning what possibly might be my next bike trip. Riding to either Muskegon or Manitowoc and taking a ferry over to Milwaukee to the Harley museum. There are advantages and disadvantages to the two ferry companies. Have you taken the ferry and if so can you give any pointers? Thanks.

I have not ridden the triangle nor the Rattlesnake, we did run into a few guys that ran it and said it was newly paved and slick with some rain. Next time hopefully. I have not taken the Ferry but hear it is a positive experience. Let me know how it goes

Lot more around. That's my back yard. Much more. Head to the mountains of East KY. Little Shepard Trail, Black Mtn. Dragon Slayer Breaks park all over. I live up around Hazard. RT 7 to the Ohio River.

@@BoDean52 lot to see. Bourbon Trail Rt 150 is good in spring. All the mountain areas have good roads. East of I-75, US 25 in KY over to US 23, Rt 58. US 19 in VA, down to. 11W in TN lot great riding and limited traffic. Moutain roads, river valleys. Shade and elevation. About all are close to big road so you can jump off and make time if needed. I do a few guided rides along but that's not really my thing. Be glad to map you out a run anytime. Take care be safe. Twist the grip

I agree you should paint the fairing pocket covers to match the fairing. When I was a kid, one of my favourite TV shows was Daniel Boone, starring Fess Parker. It encouraged me to learn about the man & his feats. One of the things that fascinated me, was his recounting of how he crossed the Ohio river & "discovered" the Blue grass region of Kentucky. His description was beautiful. As you know, I'm from Oz, so I have never seen that for myself but always wished to. Guess you could say it's on my bucket list. I would love for someone to retrace his steps with a video, so I could see what he saw & described. Happy trails, Cowpoke

Go thru NADA and you're in Red River Gorge, a little ways down the road there's a left turn(actually left is staying on road, straight is actually taking a right), if you take the left you're into some fun roads..... probably most fun for the Honda, and you would have passed the civilian conservation center..,IDK Actually you were surrounded by some fun roads That was called Sky Bridge, a little further up the road there is Natural Bridge State Park, park and area restaurants are good eating I live a little over an hr from NADA

👍Natural Bridge. I hiked up to it once. There are 2 trails, easy and difficult. Guess which one I took. Bout killed me. Best way is take the sky lift up, then hike down.

Great looking ride. Thanks for some ideas about some good rides for me and my old Army buddies to do. Like you and your friends we usually get together every year for a week or so of riding.
