I love how you two have bonded and work so well together. It was good when there were four of you, but for whatever reasons it’s ended with you two taking the reins. Watching, I’ve noticed how Ryan is so extrovert, quite happy chatting in front of the camera and really focused hard on each place you visit. He will go to anywhere in a building, dark wet basement, or cobwebby broken up attic, nothings put him off to date. If you watch their early videos you will see how shy and retiring Dave used to be, but now! Oh my gosh he has really been running with the ball, gains so much knowledge about the place, chats to spirit quite easily and has great ideas,, just as long as there are NO SPIDERS OR BUGS! Bless him! They never cheat or make stuff up…what you get is what they get and share with us, and are the best ( in my humble opinion) investigation team in a long time, so I applaud and appreciate all they do. There are other good investigators like The Foreman Bros, who work well, but do more spirit clearing and use holy water, but bad spirits don’t like when they come! I assure you! If you watched other people/groups you'd often think that ghost stuff happens every time you go looking but if anything, a busy night is more often the rarity, not the norm.
