Dave, I think the reason you get more activity in the begining of your investigations is because you and Ryan are more ampted up in the begining and have more energy to release. Throughout the investigation, you slow down, stand or sit in one place, breathing slows, pulse slows, mind slows down, you're relaxed. That causes the activity to slow down or stop because you both are not giving off enough energy for the spirits to use. If you stay high energy or you bring along a friend that is high energy, I believe that will ignite the activity. Also, dancing, singing, laughing, music of the era, even arguing, will ignite activity. Keep up the great work. 👍

At 36:02, if you look into the room closer to the camera, look towards the bottom of the shadowy dark area at the back of the room. From the wall to the right, moving left, something is moving. It looks like either an animal or a pair of legs but it moves a bit, hesitates and moves a bit more.
