ONE - Ewww!!! TWO - fuel contracts in cold. In fact, bc of that there's a 10 % expansion rule. Do not fill your tanks plum full, only 90% full to leave room for expansion.

my grandfather and my uncle both are truck drivers well grandpa retired but both of them do crazy shit like driving in ten wheelers drifting parking lots plowing snow. and my uncle has a newer mack and was bob tailing and shifting gears in the rain going sideways like a car. fucking nuts and feels weird as hell with air ride haha. great video.

In Finland Max weight (load+vehicle weight) is 76 tonnes, If you have nine axles in your vehicle combination and it must over 22m long (truck front axle to trailer Back axle). 76 tonnes vehicle combination take about 55-50 tonnes load if you have small vehicle weight.

I have a 2019 Newholland C245 skid steer that I use for snow plowing apartments. I’m from upstate Ny (Saratoga area) had a hell of a time getting the fuel cap off too. So much pressure in there and it hasn’t been that cold up until the last few days.

Probably not compression but a vacuum basically cold air condenses and in a container where air cant regulate pressure itll create a Vacuum

Starting at 0:10 that was an awesome shot my dude. We're having some fun in the snow up Midland way too. I slid down a hill with a 40ish ton (JD350G) machine on the float. I had to change my pants at the bottom of the hill but i managed to stay out of the rhubarb lol. The Milk Man!

Some terminology help. Getting an empty Tare weight means nothing to somebody outside the industry. Perhaps worded getting the EMPTY non load carrying weight of the truck. Then they measure you on the way out. A minus B - total cargo and what your billed for. Also I would never tell truck drives to get on top and scrape off the ice. Most have been driving truck for awhile and they ain't no spring chickens jumping all over trucks. IF its really an issue stick a tarp over the truck when parked and yank it off so no ice forms. Use the windows and string to hold it down. Also i looked around for pressure in Diesel tanks. I know there are instances where you can have vacuum (sucking pressure) or the opposite but there are a lot of different situations. So no quick answer:) Also doing 360 Degree donuts in a bob tail in the snow is fun I have done that. Did some drifting in a 24 foot box truck. Nothing in a dump truck but I don't do trucking anymore so oh well.

It didn't have compression, it had vacuum. Diesels circulate warm fuel back to the tank. Cooling a warm fluid will make it contract. I have drifted a semi truck, dump truck drifting is not a big deal.

Great start to the video with the over view of the lot in to a globe. Pretty cool. Big !0-4 their, Clean the truck as well people driving the car. Once the wind gets a hold of the sheet of ice, it goes air born.. where ever it land it will land on someone car or truck that can cause an accident. Same thing with Trailers, having a foot of snow and hitting an over pass. That is a huge white out. Hahah, awesome drifting. Hey bud just started watching your Channel looks pretty cool you guys all look about my age. Just started watching so if I ask a stupid question I apologize. How hard is it to get your CDL up in Canada or even better how hard is it for a US citizen to move up there and get my CDL in Canada. My dad's been driving tri axle for close to 40 years I think. It's my goal to get my CDL become a good truck driver. Two years ago I worked for a Paving Company and I drove a single axle dump truck so I know how to run a paver and how to spread Stone and you know just the basics of trucking. I had my Class B permit which in the States is for a tri-axle or straight truck I have my medical card which expires in 3 months. I never got around to taking the driving test all the trucks at the paving company probably wouldn't pass an actual pre-trip test they all have check engine lights. I was on prep crew 80% of the time so I know how to run pretty much all equipment excavator rubber tire loader backhoe skid steer. I enjoyed the work very much something different everyday outside Outdoors playing in the dirt but I broke my tibia and fibia January 2019 7 fractures 3 plates crap load of screws and pins is now January 2020 and I'm still having issues with it swelling up pain so I don't know if I can stay in the construction field but I still want to get my CDL and it's my Left Foot & Leg so I don't know if I can handle pushing clutch all day long 410 12 hours or whatever is now January 2020 I'm still having issues with it swelling up pain so I don't know if I can stay in the construction field but I still want to get my CDL and it's my left foot and leg so I don't know if I can handle pushing the clutch all day long for 10 12 hours or whatever but most these new trucks are automatic anyways I'm at a point in my life where I'm ready ready for a change so I was thinking would you be willing to have me move up there and join your your team? It builds pressure in the tank because it is fully sealed and it went from warmer to colder. Liquids expand when they freeze. My guess is your fuel was gelled up. I’m no expert just my guess.
