My Dad Murray Officer drove the first Chicken Express for Refrigerated Freight Line's back in 75 from memory. Cab over KW with cat whisker paint job on the tractor and a 40 foot reefer. Then a R series Mack up until they went to Mitsubishi Show gun. Auckland-Bellblock run.

The K104s & 108s have a better exterior look then the K200s IMO. The interiors are a totally different story. I always thought I was gonna meet my maker getting in & out of the K104. Definitely a truck for the young fullas. 1st time viewer., Great video.

Yeah I agree the k200 inside is a lot more user friendly with the fridge under the bed, The flat floor to move around and where the gear leaver is placed. For some reason cab-over trucks have fallen out of favour in the US and Canada. There are only very few left from the 1970’s era.

We have over length rules here in nz so most company’s have cab overs to maximise freight movement.
