Though I left Kakuma in 2003, the memories of the vibrant communities and the incredible experiences I had there still bring a smile to my face.

I hope and pray. -I was a teacher at Fuji Academy before I left for Canada, so I was once a refugee just like you. Never underestimate the power of patience and hard work, they sometimes payoff.
