Two rogue matatu vehicles continue with business in Nairobi

One day after Citizen TV covered the violation of traffic laws in Nairobi’s central business district by two public service vehicles, the office of the traffic commandant Mary Omari has said the issue is under investigation. Ode Francis now reports.

My question is , the wrong was not committed by the Matatu nor the owner arrest the driver who did the traffic violations.. would absolutely unfair to punish the Sacco or owner deal with matatu drivers make them responsible for their actions . The vehicle doesn't have PSV licenses, not registered in any sacco, don't have government inspection as required then both the vehicle and driver needs to be arrested

Saccos are mafia like extorting members daily.Sacco fee is illegal plus entry fee for each matatu is also against the law.Once you join the Sacco you have to part with a daily fee for police,kanjo etc.Cs involved should ban this saccos
