Hehe a good chunk of Mt Kenya people spend a lot of efforts to make sure Uhuru doesn't get any credit for anything that he did. I often ask myself, if Uhuru was so bad, how come Kenya climbed from 11th richest country in Africa at the end of Kibaki's era, to 6th (3rd in Sub Saharan Africa) by end of 2021? It has just slipped back to 7th after Angola overtook us after the recent elections. True things have been very hard in Kenya over the past few years. But have people bothered to consider the fact that things got much worse in other countries during covid and post-covid effects, with cost of living protests all over the world? Why did the US send the highest profile ambassador in African history to Kenya? Why was Kenya given loans that other countries were denied by global institutions? Why are Africans from every corner of the continent flocking to Nairobi? A whole lot of people were taught to despair & complain, instead of planning for a bright future
