About UHC, what happens to those of us who had applied for the card during President Uhuru Kenyatta's reign? Are those cards still valid? We have presented them in health care centres and they have been rejected. Clear sign of wastage of public resources as am sure money was spent to make those cards across the counties that qualified. Speaking of corruption, why did he re-employ the officers who were removed by his predecessor, although they had cases against them in court, including his own deputy? On corruption, you will never be able to prove anyone in court, even conflict of interest cases cannot be won by the government. The only option GOK has is to charge the accused heavy taxes, interest and penalties. This will then put the onus on the corrupt to prove themselves not guilty and the money lost can be recovered.
