Back in 2004 this was covered as COME ON ENGLAND for the 2004 EU championships supporting the England National Football team. That violin intro is playing another 'ancient' Irish tune (Believe me if all those endearing young charms, which I gaze on so fondly today, would change by tomorrow and fleet in my arms, like fairy gifts fading away...) from the 19th century. COME ON EILEEN was huge internationally in the '80s. "Too-ra-loo-ra-loo-ra" is an Irish lullaby.
