That silver looks great. The silver might not stain your hands and skin, but let me assure you that the purple does definitely stain. I did not use gloves and ended up with purple hands that took quite a bit of scrubbing and still had a slight lavender look the next day.

Why would you not use gloves with any hair color? Even if it is a semi-permanent conditioner color? Lol

@@mimiz7937 I didn't with the Clenditioner because it isn't at all needed with the Redken Color Depositing Conditioner. And neither one stains the tub or anything else.

I absolutely love it - your hair looks awesome! I have used that same color/brand, but did follow their instructions and got slight color payoff. Now I want to try it on dry hair.

Well- as a wavy-curly girl if I leave a conditioner on my hair for an hour - Chuckle it will relax my curl too much. Also I can’t work it through evenly applying it to dry hair. Man I want to try that though!! Yours turned out fab!!

You definitely don’t have to leave it on for an hour. That is just what I do since my hair is crazy dry from bleaching it and I feel it gives it the max color effect. I recently used the rose gold (I’ll prob do a video on that one next) and I left it in only 5 minutes and it was so intensely rose gold colored! I was shocked. I wanted a hint of pink, but it was really dark pink. Also, you can also put it on wet hair. Doesn’t have to be dry to start. In fact, I think it says the recommendation is to apply to damp hair. That’s just what I do.

It stays for awhile but definitely not that long, so yes I’d say continue to use it once a week to keep the same color.

Awesome! Trying to look for a "toner" thats a true silver grey for upkeep and landed on your review! Just wondering if it's a true silver or tint of purple or blue on your level 10 bleached hair? Thanks!

I would leave the conditioner on for at least an hour. Also, no don’t mix with white conditioner because that won’t really do anything.

I would like to see you do this on your natural hair and not bleach it first. I think your dark sides/roots would look amazing with silver on your ends 😁 just an idea!

how long did u leave the bleach in your hair?

An hour total, which is about 15-20 minutes it takes to apply it and then 40-45 minutes sitting there with it applied.

Yes I would bleach first then apply this silver. No need for dying blonde. This silver is a nice toner.

@@veasnayong3456 best to put it on dry hair and don’t add any water or lather it. Just coat it on thick to dry hair and let it sit for a loooooong time!
