Why the trolly cart at Kochi airport hit the foot of the traveler on the line. The lower portion of the cart is extended too much than the top portion of the cart. This happens only at Kochi. Not safe for the passenger.

I had been to Kashmir, Delhi, Rishikesh, Jaipur, Haridwar a few months ago, that's my first visit to those places. I stayed in Novotel , Aerocity for one day, the area was at par with international standards. Then I had to move to Karol Bagh, since my tour operator was located there. Except the hotel we stayed, the whole area was really untidy and in a total mess. Apart from the heart of the city, the outskirts still remain neglected. The Government need to spend some good money to improve the infrastructure, its our Capital city and we need to be proud of it. Also the other places I visited, the main problem is lack of cleanliness. There is a lot to improve. Kerala is basically much cleaner not only in the main Cities, but the whole State, every nook and corner is cleaner. That is why the visitors from outside Kerala gets impressed with our State. However I feel there is more scope for improvement even from the existing conditions, presently it can be rated as just above average when compared to other States. Kerala road conditions really needs a lot of improvement.

Many of the Kochi immigration staffers are really rude and very unprofessional. I think many got the job based on party support. I had really bad experience from one on my last trip. He looked drunk and shouting at me apparently for no reason. Then another gentleman came and he helped processed my papers and I exited immigration. I don't know where/who to complain on such occasions. I heard similar stories from multiple travelers.

It might be a rare unfortunate event. I had been an NRi for last 21 years. Traveling through Kochi at least once every year. I never had a bad experience. Most employees there were kind and professional. (Ofcourse, no one in Indian airports smile or laugh like westerners).
