The rabbit got me! It’s an invasive feral pest species here in Australia, so no holds barred! I’ve been eating shot rabbits since I was a small child living on a farm in Tasmania in the 1970s. They are a little stringy, but they taste great! I can only imagine what it’s like combined with amazing Indian flavours… I feel I need to go to India again, it’s been over 3 decades, which is way too long!
