I'd be ok about getting rid of the shots of the meat being fingered.... If they tell me the oils in the meat came out if squeezed um, yeh, I'm gonna trust them. (And I'm the one who ALWAYS praise the editors here!?)

All food is a blessing and to waste food is a sin. I have been blessed by God to have the means of trying traditional foods from around the world. But I'm sorry to say there's two countries that wont try again for their bad Hygiene; and that's India and Philippines. Again I'm talking Traditional dishes not fancy restaurants .

South India has the most fertile land in India...most of the spice used in North or elsewhere in India came from South India...because of transportation the spice price increased in different state...so yeah south has the cheapest n best culinary dishes.

there is one huge mistake... sunflower oil. it should never be used on wok or frying anywhere, just trans fatty acids

i myself as an indian tried to do veg for a month but ended up eating more junk food to compensate meat in UK as here vegetables are scarce but in India you get fresh vegetables, you can eat little bit of street junk but too much is not healthy

Hi, i have a question...since i am watching this and love Sonny s shows...i am an descendent from Indian anchestors but in our familyline it was a no go to eat pork and Cow meat (hindus). Are these dishes also eaten by hindus? i know its a tricky question since in Surinam and other regions there are also muslims that eat cows, hindus are also in al types of ways eating (vegan/not vegan etc).. Just curious how you experience that in Goa :)

I'm a South American and I've in Bangladesh for 3 weeks. I also visited India and I've seen that Bangladeshi cuisines are more hygienic, tempting and tasty than Indian cuisines.
