Kerala Style Mushroom Roast|കൂൺ ഇതുപോലെയൊന്ന് റോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തുനോക്കു|koon roast
Heat some coconut oil in a pan (approximate 3-4table tablespoons)
4-5 garlic cloves
A small piece of ginger
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
Add 2 medium size onion, some curry leaves and enough salt
Then saute well.
Reduce the flame then add
2 tsp red chili powder (1 tsp red chili and 1 tsp Kashmiri chili)
Once it did add sliced 1 tomato
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Saute it well until the raw smell disappears
Once it did add sliced 1 tomato
Add some water then cover and cook
Add 1 tsp sugar for balancing the taste.
once it did add 500 gm mushroom and mix well
Cook until it becomes dry
Now it's done next add 1 tsp lime juice, some green chilies, some curry leaves,
and some coriander leaves then mix well
