Kerala Egg Curry Recipe

Eggs 4
Oil 11/2 tbsp
Ginger 11/2 tsp
Garlic 4
Green chili 1
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 11/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1
Coconut milk 1 c( second extract)
Thick coconut milk 1/2 c
Coconut oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Shallot 3
Dry chilli 1
Curry leaves few
