Ingredients
Mango-1 small
Small onion-10
Ginger -1 tsp
Green Chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1/2tsp
Curry leaves -2 strings
Coconut Oil-2tbsp
Coconut Milk-1 cup
Water-2 cup
Salt-
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Fenugreek seeds-5-6 nos
Method
Heat oil in a kadai
Splutter mustard seeds fenu greek seeds along with curry leaves
Now add small onions ,ginger and green chilli
Saute for few minutes till small onions become translucent
Then add turmeric powder ,chilli powder and coriander powder
saute till the raw smell goes
Then pour water and boil
Now add mango pieces along with salt
Allow to cook till mangoes are well cooked ,by then water quantity will be less
When cooked well add coconut milk and mix and boil for a minute
Add sugar and mix
Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..close the kadai for few minutes
Then serve the curry along with rice
