*ചാര കേസ്, ഇപ്പോഴും സംശയം നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു.* 1. ചാര കേസിന്റെ ആരംഭത്തിൽ നമ്പി നാരായണൻ അവിടെ ആയിരകണക്കിന് എൻജിനിയർ മാരിൽ ഒരാൾ മാത്രം ആയിരുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ ശശി കുമാരനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ തന്നേ എന്തിന് നമ്പി നാരായണൻ മുൻകൂട്ടി VRS എടുത്തു? 2. മറിയം റഷീദയും ഫൗസിയയും ശശികുമാർ സുകുമാരൻ നാല് തവണ എന്തിന് കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തി ( CBI റിപ്പോർട്ടിലും അത് ഉണ്ട്. ) 3. നമ്പി നാരായണും പങ്കെടുത്തു എന്ന് എന്തിന് ശശികുമാരൻ മൊഴി നൽകി? 4. ഫോണുകൾ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന ആ കാലത്ത് വളർന്ന ഉയർന്ന തുകക്ക് വിദേശങ്ങളിലേക്ക് സ്ഥിരമായി നമ്പി നാരായണൻ ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു എന്നും, ആ ഫോണിന്റെ ബിൽ തുക എല്ലാം തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്‌ യുള്ള ഒരു വ്യവസായി ആണ് അടച്ചിരുന്നത്. ആ ഉയർന്ന ഫോൺ ബിൽ എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് ആണ് എന്ന് അന്നും ഇന്നും നമ്പി നാരായണാ സിബിഐയോ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. സിബിഐ ഡയറി കുറിപ്പ് എന്ന സിനിമ ഒഴിച്ച് കേരളത്തിൽ സിബിഐ അന്വേഷിച്ച ഏതെങ്കിലും കേസ് തെളിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടോ? സിബിഐ കൂട്ടിൽ അടച്ച തത്ത ആണ് എന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി ജഡ്ജി തന്നേ അല്ലേ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ കേസിന് ട്വിസ്റ്റ്‌ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് സിബിഐ ഈ കേസ് ഏറ്റെടുത്ത്‌, അന്നത്തെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരസിംഹറാവുവിന്റെ മകൻ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ മുതൽ ആണ്. കേരള ക്രൈം ബ്രാഞ്ച് നമ്പി നാരായണനെ ഒരാഴ്ച മാത്രമേ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളു. ആ ഒരാഴ്ച ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ചാരവൃത്തി നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് അന്വേഷിക്കേണ്ടത് സിബിഐ ആണ് എന്ന് വാദം ഉന്നയിച്ചു സിബിഐ ക്ക് വിടുക ആരുന്നു. ക്രൈം ബ്രാഞ്ച് ചാരവൃത്തി ആരോപിച്ചിട്ടില്ല, ചാരവൃത്തി നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന കാര്യം അന്വേഷിക്കേണ്ടത് സിബിഐ ആണ് എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് റെഫർ ചെയ്യുക ആരുന്നു.

1) He was not just one among the many engineers of ISRO.He was then a senior scientist who was in charge of the most challenging cryogenic rocket division.He was one among the few engineers who had NASA fellowship and PG from US which used to be rare during that time in ISRO.He came back to work in ISRO after rejecting a huge job offer from US.He informed his willingness to opt for VRS way before Sahikumaran’s arrest due to the organizational issues(dirty politics between ISRO employees for climbing the ladder) 2) If a CBI report agrees that Mariam Rasheeda,Fausia Hassan and Sashikumaran met 4 times CBI definitely must have got a genuine reason for that other than spying.Supreme court understands that very well. 3)The above answer is more than enough for your 3rd question 4)CBI gave many answers to Supreme Court without revealing it to public because of the national interest and security.Supreme court acquitted Nambi and clearly mentioned in the verdict that ISRO espionage case was a false case which came out of conspiracy.They never recovered any money from any of the accused.Local police never even raid Nambi’s house. Narasimha Rao the best Prime Minister who ever ruled was struggling for money during his final years.Why Narasimha Rao and his son is dragged into this actually has to be answered by the Congress party especially Sonia,Ommen Chandy,Antony. Sonia wants to ditch Rao? Ommen ,Antony wants dethrone Karunakaran? Cibey Mathews have any role in it by helping Ommen or if he wants to give a jab to Ramon Srivastava? These are the questions to be answered and it is going on...
