Dying for you to try the entire oleo relax line! Looking forward to it. The reason this line doesn't make the hair as manageable as other hair care lines for unruly hair is because this is keratin based. You would feel that gets """worse""" as the keratin or proteins get bigger in molecules, so this one being "morpho-keratin" based, the molecules are very small, you will get the benefits but the least of the bad effects such as stiffness. You might feel your hair a little bit more to the sticky side and that makes it almost a little stiff. If you were to use that very often with other protein based yet very concentrated products your hair could even get a little bit hard. So oil based lines to control unruly hair would be better in that case, specially since your hair is very well treated or for virgin hair. The best would be use oil based and protein based smoothing treatments alternately. Love you, love the videos. Love to binge watch them! 😘

@@laseiz it has silicones, especially a lot of amodimethicone, which is second on the ingredient list, right after water. It is not water-soluble, meaning, the only way to wash it out is with clarifying shampoo or any other with harsh sulfates. Other than smelling nice and making your hair feel nice, it is not good for curly,dry frizzy hair -especially not long term

I purchased this product after using the Kerastase Resistance range for years. I have been disappointed, I have fine frizzy hair and this product didn't nourish my hair, I needed to wash my hair more often and made styling more difficult. I felt kinda nostalgic because the first video I watched when I discovered your channel was from the mask of this line! Sweetie I have two suggestions: 1st, I don’t know if you do this out of camera cause I never saw you doing this but you should try to use your tangle teezer right after applying and massaging the masks on your hair to help it to distribute the treatment better in your hair, I do this and I love the results cause I feel like I need to apply much less product! 2nd: if in the future you do a video like this one, that you have two options of similar products (the leave ins) would be nice if you apply both of them, each ones on half side of your head so we could be able to see (or at least try) the results of both on your hair! Another informative video. I always enjoy yours. I haven’t used this line of Kerastase in years. I think I told you I like the Gisou oil and I do but after I purchased it I found out the 1st ingredient is Dimethicone. I prefer if that isn’t the case. As I said when my hair is wet I like the Kerastase Elixir Ultime, but when dry I really love the Briogeo Strengthening Treatment oil. No bad ingredients and works great. I use that on wet hair when I use Briogeo Shampoo and Condutioner.

May I ask, since I have been using the Olaplex whole range plus the 1 & 2 stand alone treatment, and Philip Kingsley's Elasticizer, I think I should take it easy with bond building. could you suggest a range from Kerastase? My hair is thin with highlights and I was wondering if the Resistance range would be good or if that has proteins as well should I opt for the Nutritive? But then all Kerastase masks have silikones which may not be soluble as you mentioned in one of your videos, so how is my Olaplex 3 going to get in? Very confusing and I am very confused. Hi Catarina, if I’m going to use products with silicones (which I do) then I need a clarifying shampoo from time to time to reset your hair. Use a hair mask after your Olaplex treatment and not before. Regarding a Kerastase mask... or any mask... what is your main hair concern?

Hi Heidi, I would love to have your opinion about Function of Beauty. It was a good surprise for me, particularly the mask! I took as option anti frizz, split ends, hydration, shine, ans I forgot the last one 😅 The shampoo is very good, for the conditioner I cannot really compare as it is the first time I use one. But with the mask it really makes a huge différence for the frizz, and I tried a lot of products ! Also I was surprised, I tried the GHD heat protectand on one side, and Olaplex 6 and 7 on the other, and the GHD side was much shinier

I believe it is, mainly because it also is a heat protectant. I’ve never used it on air-dried hair.

i bought the Kerastase Discipline Fluidissime and this is unfortunately very disappointing. It only looks good when you first style your hair with it. within a few hours, my hair became super dry and frizzy. What's worse, my scalp started to itch even though i only sprayed the product below mid length.

el spray es genial, literal te deja sin frizz al menos 48 hs y obviamente te lavas y se va la magia

Me encanta esta línea de kerastase, pero probé Olaplex por recomendación tuya, concretamente los pasos 3,4,5,6 y 7 y mi pelo ha mejorado muchísimo, está mucho más fuerte y menos poroso. Gracias Heidi!👌😘😘

Hi Heidi, there are 2 different shampoos in the Discipline line, one with sulfates and a sulfate free one. Do you remember which one you used? I just bought the mask today because of you.😉 I blowdry and flat iron regularly so this sounds like it's right up my alley.

Aww you know I had it as a salon treatment and the mask itself worked so well for like 3 days afterward. The mask was like a treatment of something that really helped me managed my hair as you said. Of course it was so pricey ... At the moment BTW I am under Keratin treatment but I feel like my hair became a bit orange :\ I wanted to ask you in relation to color how do you keep your's this way? Also waiting on Coco and Eve :P please :D

Love ya gorgeous. I started a new method with my olaplex that has helped make me get more treatments and last longer tremendously. I know this isnt about Olaplex. But i started washing my hair & then having my #2 or #3 next to the shower and not towel drying just lightly squeezing the water out of hair. Then I only apply about the amount of conditioner i apply & this method has mad my Olaplex last much longer & i get way more treatments out of each bottle..😉 great vid and i have to try this line.!
