Hundred persona is kinda screwed master wise when it comes to being summoned normally for a grail war, because besides only Hassan's being summoned because they are the class,the secondary catalyst would be the master in which case those who are mentally unstable would summon the Hassan that is closest too that,which is Hundred Persona.
