I’m running PI with motiv reflex + on my ‘21 M340i tuned with bm3, and I get anxiety when I send it. I always get shook if the PI fails, bye bye B58😂 I can’t wait until we’re able to integrate the control aspect of PI with BM3

Hey man was wondering… when you said you can hook everything up but not plug it in you mean I can fully install port injection with the base plate and injectors with the reflex+ kit and just not plug it in until I get tuned? and I’d still be able to drive perfectly fine and go into boost and everything?

Kern so I just added a reflex along with port. I’m a TU car on MHD. I have the pressure sensor & flex fuel sensor linked. As we all know MHD+ will be coming out for TU cars like very soon. My question how will be able to read E content? Via MHD app? Or will I need to purchase a content reader?

Unfortunately you won't be able to read e content until MHD releases MHD+ but you can get a blue tooth sensor from fuel it which would be convenient but it's not flex fuel.

mhd will show it in the app with mhd+. you will also be able to see it in the cluster.

Buddy of mine is having an issue with his REFLEX. At WOT the car shows MHD008 cam sync error. He said he checked all of the connectors that he tapped. I told him to move the 12 volt power for the Reflex to the fuse panel that is switched. Any other recommendations? Trying to help him out.

Kern, great video. Question, I have a buddy of mine who is having some trouble with either is LPFP or his wiring harness that triggers it on. His relay is clicking really fast, like abnormally when he goes above 2000 rpm. 2021 MKV Supra. He didn't do any of the work on it, but another shop. Thoughts? I told him to double his ground to relay, change relay out, verify software on reflex, and nothing to do with the LPFP itself. He is running the Reflex +.

Sounds like the have the fuel pump relay hooked to the boost control output, I think that is aux 1 iirc. Will have to look again on motiv under the aux inputs/outputs section. But either way sounds like the fuel pump trigger is on the boost control trigger (aux1/aux2)

Hey kern got a random question hoping you could answer. My car randomly starting making this whine like noise when getting on the throttle, if you look up bmw zf8 transmission whine lots of stuff comes up, some say it’s normal some say it’s about to break. My cars only at 40,000km bone stock so like 25k miles I think, anyways do you know of this issue, do you know if my transmission is maybe just low on oil. I got a appointment booked for bmw to check the fluid but I don’t wanna waste a hour if you know of this problem

Motiv offered for them to integrate the reflex into their platform but they didn’t. Mhd will be getting reflex support in the future if you don’t want to switch to ecutek btw
