Thnx for sharing all of your experience these cams not worth it tbh my 440i gran coupe made 7.6sec 100-200 on ots E40 tune (more weight than 340)

You can't really compare your times with mine. My car is faster with cams, but the money on an upgraded turbo would give more gains for the value.

@@kern417 ofc your car is faster not that much 0.1 sec doesn’t really matter and the cams not worth it probably with big turbo can be different

Maybe watch this part again and listen to what I'm explaining 10:28 You cannot compare two cars with different setups conditions etc. but my car is almost 0.5s faster with the cam upgrade.

In my opinion, it not reasonable to put PI for stock turbo, DI can almost max out stock turbo cap, you will gain just 20-30whp with PI. If just you are not that guys who want proof something on stock turbo records. 550cc will be more then enough for stock turbo, even pure800 turbo. (In my opinion better to install watermeth kit - cheaper and way more easy to install, and if you have enough knowledge you don’t need additional ecu like jb4 or reflex to use it)

Hey man just curious. I’m on bm3 Ots e50 doing an 8.16 (60-130) with catless downpipe , xhp, tu pump. No port and stock intake. If you got more mods and custom tune, shouldn’t you be in the 7’s with those temperatures. No hate just confuse as to why I run faster times with my 126k mile 340i
