They are my favourite band, my dad introduced them to me 2017 with Cry of Achilles. Ever since that moment I've been in love them. At the time i was in year 9 and was having so many struggles - long story short I was ready to leave this world, but listening to Alter Bridge opened up my eyes to a further world into music. I am now a guitarist and a pianist and I have a huge drive for music and I turn 18 in January and I cannot wait to get Blackbird tattooed on me.

When I hear Myles sing the melody in the main parts of the song you can definitely hear the maturity/more grit in his voice compared to when I remember them playing them playing this song when they first started. Theres a few videos from the ODR era and its a trip to hear how Myles' vocal style has changed.
