How do you replace a dead guy with a unique style and explosive vocal range? You don't. Myles has his own identity, his own band, and a different 4-Octave vocal range. For him, it's a matter of simply doing a good cover of the original, not making an attempt to replace the original voice. BTW - Slash's ultra light strings make the extreme bends possible on an acoustic, but sound "thin".

Scott going from Sex Type Thing to Where The River Goes, to Silvergun Superman, to Kitchenware & Candybars, to Sour Girl, to Lady Picture Show to his work in VR. That's where it's at for me. Myles just has a voice that works for some stuff but not most for me. His vocals are too good and too well trained so I just don't hear any raw emotion in them, if that makes sense.
