TUMBBAD deleted their most expensive shot scene from the movie, because during editing the makers thought the scene was not necessary. and Tumbbad was a very small budget movie, which took years to make.

I agree this is more of a dance number but if you see here there love grows with fun and the kinda chemistry they want to portray and this is more of a Ayan Mukherjee signature, this is so much more playful and fun which shows the initial flirtatious relation giving us the time and space to fall for this couple. Edit- Also the last few seconds of the shot, the song bloomed beautifully.

I think Brahmastra team tried to copy the Apple business model. 1.\ Release half tested gadgets to consumers. 2.\ Make the consumers test the remaining 50% on the gadget and report the issues to be fixed. 3.\ Make the same consumers pay through their nose by releasing the next version of the gadget which fixes 50% of the issues reported by the consumers above. 4.\ Repeat the steps 1 through 3 and make tons of money in the process by milking the money from consumers. Only difference here is the first version of Brahmastra fell flat on the face, no room for recovery. So obviously, this song which was saved for the upgraded version (also marketed as "Directors Cut" to fool the audience) had to be shelved or sold in auction market (also called OTT platform these days) later.

@@amarpalsingh6513 we don't have to be an actor to criticize someone's performance. I have seen their (Alia and Ranbir's) performance before. And i know that they're talented, but in this movie their performance is cringe worthy only. May be it's because they're focused on their real life romance instead of screen romance or director lost his touch cuz of the huge gap. Wake up Sid is one of my favourite movie and I've seen it 3-4 times. It's just not upto the mark. Whether you like it or not, this movie is just a huge disappointment. 😐 If only the crew focused on script and direction instead of focusing on VFX, it'd be one of the best of all time. 🙃 Just because of you (those who supports cringe worthy film) they keep making these cringe worthy movies and remakes a lot in Bollywood 😅 Bollywood movies from early 2010's to mid 210's are good, after that most of the films are garbage only. Keep supporting garbages, you'll get more garbage in future ✌🏼
