I’ve had to pause this at 21:20 - I’m sooooo sorry you’ve had to go through that horrid experience 😢 What a disgusting and vile SUB HUMAN! I hope he suffered in prison! Karma will come his way.. Karma has a great way of finding its way to people! - I haven’t finished the rest of this interview but, please get some sort of talking therapy / counselling! Talking about past events won’t change it, I know. But, being able to vent and talk about every trauma that your body and mind has been through / really does lighten the load & puts your mind in a different state! You’re beautiful ❤ and I’m positive you will get all of the support you need ❤

I like that she learnt from her experience that she should not hide things from her child so that the child doesn't feel neglected... In a way the trauma support taught her alot.... The Parents did not learn at all.. Even though its under the guise of protecting the child, They are trying to repeat the cycle again. ... You have to learn from your experiences. They all need to forgive each other and move on as a unit.

Iike listening to the stories of the lives of these people on here but feel that the girl behind the camera could work on her interviewing skills and empathy. The way she asks some questions are really cut throat to these people who's probably saying something that's been totally traumatic for them.

Heartbreaking story and my heart goes out to Kessia. Throughout your whole story I really felt for you. I’ve noticed some comments that are either hating or bringing negativity, obviously one can have their opinion but it seems as if some of you struggle to understand the amount of trauma this woman has gone through, starting before she were even born. Trauma attracts abusive and manipulative relationships and completely alters and even destroys your brain. I can tell you this from my own experience. I can’t help but feel anger towards your adoptive parents especially when your dad told you to go back to the park after your first incident, and my heart completely broke when it happened again. Yes it’s a very hard job to adopt a child, but I really do wonder if they put themselves first over you. RIP to your brother Zak, you’ve really had a tough time. Long story short I hope a blessing finds you, good karma definitely will. Keep on doing what you’re doing and Kessia- big support and love thank you so much for sharing your story. You are inspirational to keep on going❤

Her foster/adopted parents were her parents. Her biological mother may be the one who birthed her but the family who raised her did so feeling like she’s theirs. That is a tough responsibility and especially with the headache involved with raising children who treat you like you’re not their biological parents and the stress they might’ve been put through. I think they deserve more appreciation. It’s probably a very hard job and that’s why more people don’t decide to step forward and accept such a responsibility. Now that she’s at the child bearing age, I hope she can be a bit more kind towards two people who accepted her as their own when her own mother was too busy indulging in illicit activities to care about the children she’s brought into this world.

So this story actually touched me , so I went and did a lil research about her. She went to jail twice for TWO different guys for county lines not one. So it wasn’t just one “abusive ex that made her do it” the story in the car she was 19? Not 17 And her last conviction was at 21? In 2021 and got 2 years and 6 months? So this kinda begs the question ,did she just love the lifestyle?
