Zodiacs are such a fun boat to tour around in. You two saw a lot of wildlife and the bald eagle nest was awesome. It's amazing how much pressure riding fast in a boat like that creates - you really notice it when it stops. The soda snacks look very nice to try. Great area to visit.

Looked a real bumpy ride and I could tell you were enjoying it lol! Yeah, that was pretty straightforward.......my head went blank after the first 20 seconds, I hope you were taking all that in because I sure was lost! Captain Kirsty did a great job through and she really did seem to enjoy the trip or was it your discomfort....To be fair there was some great footage there and some great shots of the wildlife. I trip I would enjoy but Mrs Metalman would hate, not sure if I would fancy food and fizzy soda right afterwards mind, cheers Alan

Thanks Alan. It was a bumpy ride indeed. I kept hoping the boat would not flip over with every wave we hit. So scary for me but after the anxiety wore off a bit, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Kristy made a great captain! Glad she paid attention to the instruction on how to drive the thing. We were actually both quite surprised that the tour guide said "since it is a small group today you get to drive your own boats!" We thought we signed up for a guided tour where we were just passengers. LOL. The wildlife and scenery made it all worth it. Glad you enjoyed the video. Have a wonderful day.

The scenery is so great. Love the little falls. Oh I don’t know about this whole boat thing. I think this might scare me. I have a fear of drowning. It’s going so fast. You were looking a little green in the gills there my friend,lol. I have never driven a small one like that only a large pontoon that my Dad had back in the mid to late 70's.Ketchikan is where they filmed Alaska The Last Frontier if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks Jim. I was for sure not sure about this adventure especially when the tour guide said "because it is a small group you can all drive your own boats!" I would have felt better about a larger pontoon like you mention. It was ultimately worth the trip and fun to see the eagles up close plus the whale. Awesome adventure my friend... Good job fighting your fear (not my issue) I'm certified AOW by Padi (I went down 80ft in caves, reefs and feeding the sharks) not kidding but I do understand it.
