I have learned a few things I didn't know. I hate anything with phusk. I just realised I am using it wrong. Regrinding it and I've been using much more than really needed. I only have psyllium husk powder I buy at Walmart and Im only able to shop at Walmart only and I don't buy online because buying online is stressful to me, can I use the psyllium husk powder powder and use 1 1/2 tbsp to make the pizza crust work? I remember you mentioned in another video about reducing the amount of psyllium husk powder since it's condensed from being broken down finer.

Yes, for preground psyllium powder, only a small amount is required. You can try 2 to 3 tsp, and if necessary, add gradually just until you can shape the dough.

I did 2 1/2 tsp of the psyllium husk powder and I baked it a few minutes longer, the only thing is I wasn't able to transfer the spread out dough to the pan with my hands because I could see it was going to break apart so I flipped it off of the parchment paper and I reversed the crust edges to face upwards, but the pizza held itself together after baking, I live in the US, so ovens vary, but it exceeded my expectations do to the psyllium husk powder and being my first time. ❤

Hi (: you have whole psyllium husks in the ingredient list but then you say to grind them? I don’t understand, are you buying the whole and grinding it yourself? How do you grind it? I don’t have a grinder. If your grinding it then why don’t you use the psyllium powder? Can you use the whole psyllium husk that you have marked on Amazon without grinding it? I am wanting to make this recipe. It looks delicious and it would be great because it doesn’t have cheese in the crust.

Psyllium husk is the most important ingredient for keto bread as it acts as the replacement for gluten. This is based on US cup and spoons measurements. It's 9 g per tbsp. That's why it is more accurate to weigh the ingredients as not all cups and spoons are the same everywhere

Super recipe but consider changing the oil to avocado or coconut. Olive oil has a low smoke point which risks free radicals, causes risk of cancer.

This was a recipe fail. Threw out the crust and only ate the toppings. Even after cooking way longer than the recipe directions, still doughy. And, you always recommend weighing the ingredients. 2 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning does not weigh 8 grams. Makes me wonder how accurate the other ingredient amounts are??? Sigh. I spent a lot of time and money on this pizza and it was a waste of both. If the only way this turns out good is with a pizza pan, please say that instead of this can be made on any pan, clearly, it cannot. Also, please check the weight of your ingredients in the recipe. Thank you.
