Your biscuit recipe is THE BEST I have found in my 7yr keto journey, they are tender and light but, 1/4C suppose is just say too much and 450 for 10 mins they burn Maybe cut the alulose to 2 Tbl., Oven temp 400 for 10-15 minutes. The gravy was a little thin, I add an extra 2Tbl flour

Ok just made the biscuits but i put cheez, salt and garlic salt to make Cheddar Bay biscuits then topped with melted butter n more garlic. My husband said its a keeper! WooHoo!!!

Victoria, I made your biscuits, I added yogurt , cream and buttermilk powder and the rest of the Ingredients the biscuits are light, airy, fluffy delicious biscuits . My husband a biscuit lover stated the keto biscuits were delicious. Light fluffy and airy. You are a great cook.

A tweak to this. Bisquit and gravy needs onion. I always put at least half a chopped onion in in gravy. And add more pepper. Lots more pepper. Other than that amazing work. Awesome job.

I made Biscuits using your Self Rising Flour tonight. I figured they'd be 'fine', but the hype is real, folks! ( I bake for a living, so I've tried MANY, many Keto recipes over the years.) I ate 3 Biscuits before I dragged myself away. Good thing I'm OMAD! lol I had one with Butter and Choc Zero Honey, one with Peanut Butter & Choc Zero Grape Jam, & one with Bacon, Cheese & a fried Egg. Fabulous all around. I think my favorite was the breakfast sandwich with a little smoked salt added. Yuuuu-uuum. TY for the great recipe. *Only change I made to the recipe was to knead & laminate the dough. Wish I had a photo, they were very pretty!

Wondering if you wouldn’t mind sharing how you laminated this dough as it’s so sticky. I made them per the recipe and they were, ind, just like a drop biscuit. But laminating would definitely take them up a notch. Just not sure how you rolled out such a sticky dough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

One of the things I have missed over the last 2.5 years of keto is my Moms hamburger gravy. We made this gravy and your buttermilk biscuits over the weekend. We added some onion to the gravy, swapped out the sausage for hamburger, and used your new standard keto flour. Oh my! It was so good! You are such a blessing. Thank you so much!!

I would use guar gum as a thickener, mix with oil first, and it has 8 times the thickening power as corn starch.

The biscuits turned wonderfully. I make them every week. I don’t eat then often because I mostly eat carnivore. But he loves them. They are the only keto bread product that he has eaten and liked since we started Keto.

I just made your biscuits and gravy today. I use a different sweetener (I make a 1:1 combo of Lakanto Monkfruit and BochaSweet) so I only used half the amount of sweetener. And for the gravy I used about 1 T more flour mixture because I like a thicker gravy. Both were delicious. I halved both recipes because it's just my husband and me and I got what I'd consider as 8 regular sized biscuits (wish I could share a picture they were gorgeous & fluffy). My husband rarely eats an entire biscuit from anywhere but he not only ate 1 BUT 2 of them! He tried 1 with the gravy & 1 with some low-carb jam & loved them both! Then he kept talking about them so I know he really really liked them! I created my own keto/low-carb recipe for biscuits about 4 years ago that we love but I'm always open to trying a new recipe. Yes, saw that video. The only thing was the twins did not have a processor and let the dough rest at room temp....instead of baking it straight away. Cannot wait to get egg white protein powder to make this flour blend.

I made the biscuits a couple nights ago. Absolute heaven! Caveat, I was out of heavy cream. I subbed 2/3 of the cream measure with full fat real sour cream and the remainder with plain water, just so I would have an actual liquid consistency. I didn’t have allulose-I subbed with xylitol using 70% of the measure since allulose is 70% as sweet as sugar/allulose. They are VERY filling! No butter needed as they’re filled with it and taste super buttery on their own. Thank you, Victoria!!

I made your biscuits with your flour. WOW! Now folks, do not assume they will be just like your grandma’s cloud biscuits, no. They are more like a southern drop biscuit with that texture. They taste light, fluffy and good. Bake only 8 minutes, watch carefully. YUM.

I made this for breakfast using my homemade turkey sausage meat. The gravy was amazing! As a northerner, I had no clue! I had leftover buttermilk biscuits (from your recipe) from yesterday's lunch, so I used them. The biscuits are amazing in their own right, but I think they are just a tad too sweet for this kind of yummy, savory gravy. I think I will try the biscuit recipe with a little less allulose and make up the difference with your perfected keto flour. The gravy thickened up nicely after 12 minutes at a very low boil. I just made the Biscuit recipe and made some of my own sausage gravy!!! Delicious. I can't use cream or buttermilk. Soooooooo I mixed a half a cup of Lactose Free Milk, added a half a cup of Greek Plain Yogurt, mixed together and added the vinegar. Worked perfectly! I am excited to be able to eat food that I love and that makes me feel "normal". Thank you for your Flours and recipes. I am making the Cinnamon Rolls next week! I can hardly wait. I made the biscuits today. So good. The only thing I did different was I froze my butter and shredded it. Then folded it into the dry ingredients. Then proceeded with your instructions. I was able to cut them out with a biscuit cutter. So good. I really am enjoying your channel.

Thank you for this excellent recipe! I just made these but forgot to warm the cream. The resulting dough was not as sticky as yours and easily rolled between sheets of baking paper, then cut into rounds with a cookie cutter. Baked in 10 minutes at 200C (fan) resulted in Light, fluffy and very delicious 'biscuits'. Here in the UK, I think we would call them scones rather than biscuits but they taste great whatever you call them! Thanks again!

Made this recipe this morning...it was delicious! The biscuits did have a slight sweet flavor, so may cut back on the amount of allulose next time. Also, may cut back baking time to 8 minutes, as I know oven temps vary. Thank you for sharing your keto cooking knowledge! You are a delight to watch.

Made these for the first time tonight, and the smell and taste is spot on (& for gluten free/low carb!)! I added a little salt for a savory taste. These are versatile - hot ham/cheese biscuits or sausage and egg biscuits or a wonderful side to a soup with butter and jam. Thank you for sharing your recipe! I had pretty much given up on trying to make almond flour breads - I don’t like the gritty texture and crumble, but your flour ratio is not like the other recipes - it definitely works! 🎉

Just made these for Thanksgiving and they were amazing! I usually do just pre-made gluten free flours from the grocery store and they are good, but i recently started keto and wow! These are the best biscuits i think ive ever had! Felt like they didnt even need butter because they were so delicious on their own but i did eat with butter and.......wow! Just so dreamy good! I cant wait to try other recipes! Im also so grateful you created a nut free option as my daughter is allergic to tree nuts and just using the almond flour makes me nervous so i think i will be trying the flax seed in the flour next! Hi Nancy! Oh please help me. I forgot to write down Victoria's keto bisquick recipe, and I can't find it anywhere in the videos. I noticed that you said you write down all of her recipes(you are the smart one). Could you please give me the weight measurements for the Ingredients required to make her keto bisquick? I made a batch about a week ago with my grandsons and it was pretty hectic in the kitchen, so I just went straight off the tablet thinking I could write it down later. I have been frantically looking for the recipe on KZbin but I think it has been removed or something. Her recipe is truly amazing. You can use it just like bisquick without all the carbohydrates. I just made these. Wow! I am usually disappointed with keto bread substitutes because I live in Europe and the bread here is amazing. These biscuits did not disappoint! They are delicious! I don't have access to the ingredient brands that you used, and they still turned out yummy-yummy! We don't have allulose here, so I just left the sweetener out. Did I mention that these are wonderful? Thank you for spending your time to figure out the recipe for keto flour!

Just made the biscuits. I think they’re going to taste great but the batter was a little thin. Sure enough they came out flatter than yours and I burnt a few of them while trying to get them brown on top. They almost could pass for a cornbread recipe. Definitely thankful for the recipe. Think this recipe is worth a try. I have been missing biscuits and I just got a recipe for 4 biscuits figured out: 1/4 cup Coconut Flour + 1/2 cup NIDO (or some other powdered milk) + 2 packet Stevia + 1 TSP Baking Powder, mix dry, + 1 egg + 1/4 cup Water, mix all ingredients, 350F for 18 minutes

i made me some meatball mushrooms sauce with some seasoning with 3 tbs of this self-Rising flour mixture it was really good

I made these tonight for dinner and they were delicious. I am always skeptical when people say things like you will never even know these are Keto, but these are that good. I ended up with 7 biscuits and consequently they were a tad under baked, but if I left them in longer they would have burned, so next time I will make them smaller. Regardless, EVERYONE loved the biscuits and gravy. I am so excited to use your flour in other recipes. thank you so much!

So, I tried almond yogurt instead of heavy cream and because I can only get the Anthony's brand oat fibre, I need less liquid. They turned out great! Thank you Victoria for all your hard work and sharing it with us. Keto is not easy. God Bless!

Very good recipes! Only tweaked the gravy ever so slightly, using bacon fat to sub for butter and almond milk to sub for the water. Yum!!

I finally convinced my husband to try Keto to see if it would help his arthritis and it does! But its been hard for him to give up bread. I made a weird Keto stew last night with radishes instead of mini potatoes. They looked like potatoes but they were a little bit of a disappointment. I wasn’t sure what to do and then I remembered this biscuit recipe. Oh my goodness! He loved them. And they completed the stew. Thank you, thank you. I’m looking forward to making pumpkin pie next week. It will be great because my DIL is GF and I won’t need to make separate food for her or make her bring her own.

Just a tip to reduce total carbs and save that flour mix for bread😉 if you leave the flour and the added water out of the gravy, the cream will thicken as you cook it. Another ready alternative would be to leave out the flour, use 1/2 the water, and add 2 oz cream cheese or 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

I'm doing the low-carb/keto thing and have so far lost 40 pounds in three months, but really miss biscuits and gravy.
