God bless you Victoria, my son who had psychosis due to seizures in the frontal lobe, and now he is fine; thanks to your recipes, I have been making them to keep him in the keto diet, and it has worked wonders, he is now studying engineering and I see him smile everyday, no more isolation nor paranoia. For those who have a loved one or are trying keto for themselves, I would like to add that it wasn't a straight walk up the hill, there were ups and downs, sometimes the symptoms got worse before getting better, but some we were able to handle and others with the doctor's supervision we were able to control. Having been duped by many, many claims of "tastes just like..." from KZbin Keto channels, I was skeptical about this. Well, I tried it with my wife's banana bread recipe (seriously the best banana bread ever) and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I can't say it tastes exactly like banana bread made with real sugar and flour, but it is very close. The texture is a little lighter, but your flour mixture is a 10/10 for me! Thank you for sharing.

What a sweetie you are!! Thank you for your work! I’ve been baking for close to 40 years. Mastered sourdough after 2 decades, only to have to lay it down for my health. Baking was the one thing I enjoyed, and the one talent I was good at. It is a blessing to me to be able to bake again, and enjoy my life long passion. Thank you young lady!!

Yes, I measured 1 for 1…For my biscuits I needed 2 cups of flour so I measured the same amount of Victoria’ flour mix. It worked perfectly!

Dear Victoria ~ I held off commenting until I had actually used your flour. I'm still using this iteration as I have oat fiber to finish before I buy something else (the bamboo flour). I made my Mom's orange cookies subbing this flour for the white flour and Swerve brown sugar sub for the regular brown sugar. They taste EXACTLY as I remember them. These cookies are more like scones in texture, and with your flour they were still moist, and not gritty or off tasting at all. I did have to adjust the time/temp and I think that is probably due to the sugar sub, not the flour. Went from 350/11 minutes to 325/13 minutes. I'm going to try a pie crust next so will keep you posted about the time/temp thing. Also, going to use this to make sausage gravy and as a coating for chicken fried steak, so fingers crossed and I'll keep you posted. Also, I watched your other video and it cleared up a little confusion for me regarding measurements in so far that GRAMS is used to make the flour itself, but regular CUPS are used to make a recipe WITH the flour. Thank you for clearing that up and for sharing this white flour sub with all of us! Bless you, dear girl!

When I found your channel I was apprehensive. But I decided to give you a try. Your flour recipe has changed my life. I went from struggling to stay on my diet because I wasn’t seeing results. I wasn’t happy with the way things tasted. I would end up throwing in the towel numerous times because I just couldn’t stand to put the work into making something, struggle to eat one piece then in the trash it went. @@TheSongbird62 just the New York times cheesecake, you can Google it, made with allulose and Victoria's flour. Instead of their Graham cracker crust I have used DH keto brownie mix and Catalina crunch cinnamon toast cereal chopped in my nutribullet and dusted around the edges of my 10" springform pan. You can also just go crustless.

Victoria, I used this yesterday, (actually I made a double batch of this and made cookies and then mixed it in with an older batch that didn't have arrowroot but did have one of the gross oat fibers) to make tortillas wraps. Your flour, butter and salt. Even the ones I overcooked were delicious and NONE of them broke. I know you have a recipe for tortillas but I just pulled up a "regular" one to try. (Hubbs works in a restaurant thst makes their own tortillas fresh so I wanted to try something similar.) You are incredible!

I used this Perfected Keto Flour recipe as a shortbread base, topped it with Carolyn Ketchum's Carmel Sauce from her book (that sauce is otherworldly), and chopped pecans. Omgosh heavenly. The flour made the base delicious. It actually came out like a pie crust, but next time I will add a little more melted butter. I know it will be perfect. Thank you Victoria.

I will have to tell you I made the 2.0 flour blend and was skeptical of using it 1 to 1. Today I bit the bullet and pulled out a long time family recipe called common cake. It's used for shortcake ,different baked goods ,using chips,cinnamon cobblers . My plan tonight is strawberry shortcake. It's baked,out of the oven and looks great! Cannot wait to give it a try .when cooled a bit I cut a tiny corner and it's wonderful. Think I'll cut back on my sugar for this recipe. Well not standard sugar, but our blend. I found your flour recipe a few weeks ago. It was the last version before this one. I can't say enough good things about what you have done. I like you, so I subscribed. Your willingness to stay with your vision while you faced such challenges with epilepsy really touched my heart. My brother suffered terribly during his lifetime from brain tumors and siezures. A part of his suffering was that we had nothing but harsh drugs back then. I am so glad keto has cured you. Those cinnamon rolls are the best! Can't wait to try your other recipes. Thank you Victoria. I made a keto version of a "Holy smokes" cake with your SR Flour. Crust :SR flour, butter, pecans, egg Bake 350 for 12 mins, cool. Filling 1: cream cheese, allulose, fold in whipped heavy cream Filling 2: SF pudding instant, ( I used pistachio) unswt almond milk Top with crushed pecans.. Chill and serve. Feel free to share it, it's delicious!

what a pleasure your channel is. Your perfected keto flour is life changing for us.I could not find a decent scone(traditional English/Aussie ones) and then i used your PKF with the 3 ingredient scone recipe (3 cups PKSR flour +1 cup diet Sprite+1 cup thick cream) and wow what a revelation. This was made for a great afternoon tea. New version is great. Thank you for your time and effort.

In order to use this flour up so I can make the New Standard Keto Flour, I made a batch of baked donuts using the King Arthur recipe. I substituted this flour for the wheat flour, allulose and erythritol brown sugar for cane sugar, and erythritol & cinnamon to dust them. They are very light, fluffy and delicious! I baked them in a small countertop oven which tended to burn the outside before they were completely done inside, so I think some adjustments might be needed for baking time/temperature.

Thank you so much for this recipe. A tip for mixing flours together evenly and easily is to use a large balloon whisk in a large bowl and stir. Someone with arthritis may find it difficult to shake the box. I am delighted to hear how well you are on keto - WELL DONE! ❤

I just made this with sifted pecan flour to replace the almond flour, using the same gram measurement, since my bamboo flour for your new standard flour recipe won’t arrive until late July. Made a half batch of the Magnolia chocolate chip cookies, and they came out great! Thanks Victoria 👍🏻

I just wanted to mention - if you want to grow the channel it is important to have a keto flour mix that a lot of people can try. This last addition could be the best tastewise but you should mention to the people they can still use the old version for pretty good results! As more people will engage with the content as they try the more you can grow your channel. Id love to see a naan/roti (indian fladbread) recipe with your flour. That would be awesome!

I haven’t yet mixed up a batch of this newest perfected flour… Just finishing my last batch of the pre-arrowroot upgrade (excited to try that)… Today I made “2 Ingredient Biscuits.” Haven’t tried the ones made with mayo, but today tried the non-keto, regular high carb recipe made with heavy cream and flour - just equal amounts. So I could try the recipe with just one cup of your flour, so I wasn’t risking much of it, if it wasn’t good. I don’t recall whose video/recipe it is, as it was so simple, I didn’t even need to refer back to it. I didn’t have time to roll out dough and use cookie cutters, etc., so I just mixed the TWO INGREDIENTS, used my ice cream scoop to grab each biscuit and drop on the pan, so this was beyond easy and quick. And OMG. ❤ Fluffy, melt in your mouth, delicious and decadent, scrumptious biscuits, in 25 minutes or so. I STILL am blown away, at the beautiful results I’ve gotten with your flour. Before your flour, Im pretty sure I tried EVERY keto recipe, and the majority were FAILS. The egg white breads were pretty good, though my failures were still many. My husband, who ends up eating most of the products of my new baking obsession… I’ve been much pickier - was starting to wonder if I should just get a new obsession and let him buy regular bread. lol. And then came Victoria!!! 🎉❤😮 Now I’m even more obsessed, wanting him to eat things up, so I can try the next recipe. I got used to reusing failed bread attempts in making treats for my dogs. My dogs will never know it’s all your fault that their home baked treats are probably gonna get fewer and farther between. Don’t worry, though, they’ll still be plenty spoiled. Amazing! So grateful! ❤

so hapy you are over seizures. I wish there was something else than egg white. I can not d egg whites. i found that people who are sensitive to eggs can do the yoke but not the whites. So stopped the whites and feel much better. bless you for trying so hard and helping others. Love the scripture!

I have been using the "old" Perfected Keto Flour for a lot of things. So far I like the making and use of Roux the best yet. I just made a double batch of the old flour mix and it wont take long for me to burn thruogh it. Then Ill give the new version of the mix a shot. Thank You :)

Thanks so much for the updated version. I just made chocolate chip muffins with the previous version of flour and sugar free chocolate chips, just from a regular recipe I found on the net. How was the texture of your chocolate chip cookies using this flour blend? I absolutely hate the taste and texture of almond flour, and it has caused me to give up on baking. Before keto, I loved baking. Maybe I should give this flour mixture a try.

Thanks for your testimony. In the same boat b/c of T2 diabetes. I like the keto diet b/c I like friut and veggies. But I do like the occassional pancakes/waffles, biscuits, and a sandwich. Your keto flour will allow that. I appreciate all of your work to find the best recipe and share it with us. Gonna make your flour and try it out. Was so glad you could make it with almond flour.
