In my quest to lose a few pounds, i have decided to eat the Keto way, I am currently 173 pounds and have started my journey to losing 10 pounds a few days ago. I will be sharing with you the meals I prepare for my diet. Although this is totally new to me, one thing I am certain about is that I have to reduce the carbs in my diet. Have fun with me whilst i prepare these dishes.
