In today's recipe, I have put together another favourite at my home. This egg fried rice recipe is simple, quick to prepare and can be served as a single dish. If you're ever in doubt of what's for dinner, this is it right here. Hope you enjoy!
RECIPE:
2 cups rice
4 large eggs
1 cup carrots (cubed)
1/2 cup onions (cubed)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 tsp ginger (grated)
1/4 cup chive (chopped)
2 chicken cubes
1 1/2 tbsp garlic butter (or regular butter)
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt (or salt to taste)
1 tbsp soy sauce (approx.)
Oil (for frying egg)
Peanut oil (frying veggie and rice)
Sesame oil (drizzle for flavour)
*Recipe may be amended to half size
