Keto Diet has become most popular throughout the world. It is a craze among health conscious persons like sportsmen, doctors, seniors, eminent persons etc. It has been found very effective in neurological disorders like dementia, Alzheimer, depression etc. Mentally one feels fresh and sharp. Whole day the energy level goes up and one does not feel tired at all. Further there is no hunger or craving. Overall food requirement comes down only limiting to Fat-70%, Protein-25% and Carb-5% with small quantities of vitamins, enzymes and minerals. At my age of 77, I have attempted Keto Diet since Sept '19 after study of about 300 videos from KZbin.
