I’ve been doing 16-18 hour fasting for a couple months now. Yesterday I pushed my fast to 24 hours. I can’t believe I can pull this off. Gets easier and easier. Lost 25 pounds so far and feel fantastic. I’m 50 and ready for the next 4 or 5 decades.

Uve been learning about and embracing keto approach to lifestyle for over 2 years now. I started with forks over knives and quickly learned that the B12 component was not something my body could do . I embraced the bulletrproof lifestyle and this completely changed every;thing. The paleo primal bulletproof lifestyle . Your books on KETO for life and primal endurance. As well as the primal blueprint are recipe pies I use with my family weekly. Tha approach is sustainable and extremely valuable. I have settled into a primal KETO lifestyle I LOVE IT.

@@lezliealabaster7425 Well actually Lezlie that's the only reason we raise these animals or they would not exist at the first place right? Of course the mainstream farming methods suck, obviously. Other than that, this is how we've been existing for millennia, food in nature is scarce please don't make your assumptions about what's wrong or right only based on the 30-40 odd years you have been alive on this planet, we have been liberated from food scarcity only in the last what, 100-200 years? Stay hungry for a little while then perhaps that fresh carcass doesn't seem a very bad food choice, especially with so many more calories and nutrients packed in there with the most bio-availability to our Homo Sapiens bodies. Us modern humans are "confused" in a way about what is wrong and right, that's what I think if you give a shit. Just a comment, no offence.

Do you have to do keto to stay on the Primal diet? I am on the Primal diet - but I would like to continue on it without sticking to Keto for a for weeks. I like to have my banana every other day. The fruit has really helped improve my health.
