I have moved from keto to ketovore ( keto-carnivore diet) and will defiantly try this!! Eliminating processed food, sugar, grains and certain veggies/fruits has done WONDERS for my physical and mental health. Did you know they are now putting in Psych books that up to 80% of our serotonin is made in the gut not brain! We really are what we eat : )

lol Ive just finish my first month of keto and looking up what ketovore is I guess thats what Im doing as well, since my fat and protein intake are about even with a little under 5 percent carbs. Though I have used a bit of xanthan gum in a few recipes and that sounds like it may not be allowed. Didnt do it on purpose, I just prefer salad and veggies over the higher fat food

The garlic butter thooooo!!!! 🙌🏾🔥❤️🥰. The way you added it at the end is the key. I’ve seen most cook with it from the start but adding it at the end is the game changer. Thank you 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Yummy. Use the “sprig branches” from the rosemary as skewers when you do kabobs on the grill. Added flavor. I also like the cast iron skillet to cook.

I’m going to try this with flat iron steaks. The price of ribeyes where we live is between $20 and $24 per pound. Not very user friendly. We can afford the price but simply refuse to pay it. We have found that flat irons work well in a lot of steak recipes and cost about $8 per pound. Thanks for the recipe!

@@gregschult6908 yesssss.....I hate inflation too. And corporate greed . Look up Tysons last earnings call .Record breaking and even though their meat costs only went up 8% they raised the meat prices to the customer by 30% . It's right there plain as day on the last earnings call. That used to be price gouching but no1 does anything to them now

You came up with a better and easier version of the garlic butter steak than I've seen on KZbin from others and I ate steak with garlic butter at a restaurant and want to cook it at home but could not find a garlic butter sauce that I liked to cook the steak with. I won't eat any kind of beef or lamb that is not completely cooked, like my beef well done and that is any kind of beef. Now all I have to do is go get some Rosemary sprigs at Sprouts and some Avocado oil and I will be able to see how your version will come out when I cook it and I usually cook with butter as well because it adds flavor to all of my meats.

This is delicious, and a great way to get 3-4 portions out of two steaks. Served with pan-seared mushrooms & salad. I put cast iron pan in cold oven and set it for 500, when oven beeped pan was blazing hot to cook on.
