This was a big hit in my house. I toasted all the coconut, nuts, and seeds after chopping in the processor because I wanted to bring out the flavor of the coconut. Then I added Lily's chocolate chips, almond butter, and coconut butter. Even my carbo-loading husband loved them to my surprise. This is going to be a snack I leave on the counter for him to grab. Loved the crispy, crunchy texture Sarah. Reminded me a lot of those Nature Valley granola bars I used to enjoy. Next up peanut and peanut butter.

It looks delicious, but I use allulose or a mix of allulose and monk fruit, my stomach can not handle erythitrol, sad I can not make this recipe.

me too, I hate erythitol. I may try with allulose any way, I like soft bars better than crunchy any way. Or maybe try with a sucralose type sweetener, I don't mind using sucralose as long as it doesn't have a carby binder like in splenda

You have obviously watched the wrong channel. Keto does not mean organic. You eat however you can afford in your own home.
