Just an idea , but if you want to make sure that all pecans get coated with the butter prior to roasting , then I would let the melted butter cool briefly , and put with pecans in a plastic storage bag and shake all around. This will coat them all.

Thank you for this amazing idea, I wanted to make a smaller batch and faster, so I roasted the pecans in a pan on the stove with a little butter and salt, after a few minutes of stirring I added the sweetener, stirred a bit more until melted and it came out so good. I couldn't believe how easy it was.

I’m making these today with one cup pecans one cup of English walnut halves and 1/2 cup almonds. Melting the butter in my Dutch oven now❣️Thanks. Made them. They are the best keto snack I’ve eaten! Easy and fast too. Yum❣️ I put a 1/4 cup measuring cup in the container. Like CJ said, it’s easy to eat many of them.

OH…MY…STARS!! These are amazing! We are not keto, but my husband is watching his sugar (pre-diabetes). He enjoys desserts and was really missing sweets. When he tasted these (I folllwed your recipe exactly), he said that they were diabetes waiting to happen, until I told him they were keto. I made these today, and I'm glad I listened to CJ saying you can add even more salt. I thought maybe I added too much, but they weren't really that salty but they were delicious! Pecans are my favorite nut also, and one thing I like about them is that they have the healthiest omega ratio of most nuts.

I made these as gifts to my family and friends using organic pecans and ingredients. About 3/4 cup per celo bag. Big hit! Called them 1G Pecan Pralines!! BIG TIP: got some maple flavoring and madenmaple pecan ones by adding it instead of the vanilla!!! O.M.G.!!!! Must try!!

I can’t to make this for Christmas this year. We used to buy Killer Pecans. They had brown sugar coating, cayenne, a bit of salt. I plan on adding just a bit of cayenne to your recipe to replicate the taste without all the carbs. Thank you for this recipe.
