I love Food Hauls We have a Trader Joes but it's 25 mins from our house a bit of a hike I need to check it out an stock up on that everything but Bagel Seasoning I hear its the Bomb!!! Great Video Keto on my friend

Thanks so much, Sharon! TJ's is a bit of a hike for us too. We like visiting every once in a while for a change of pace, but Costco, Whole Foods and H-Mart are our mainstays these days!
