Good prep, but since you have to remove the lettuce before heating, try putting a silicone cupcake liner in the dish, makes removing the greens easier.

For anyone doing actual Keto, not just low-carb: stay away from pre-shredded cheese and check they ingredients for spice mixes, especially taco seasoning. They have anti-caking ingredients (starch) that will kick you out of ketosis. Which defeats the purpose.

This is a good point. And for Anybody, know that cellulose is tree fiber! So unless you exit to be eating 🌳🌲🌴🌳!! BTW, I'm used to using corn starch to separate shredded cheese, so what I use instead?

@@Jennifr1966It may be a pain in the butt, but shredding each time you need it is best. For quick meals, I'll just shred enough for a few meals and keep it in single portion cups.

As a suggestion, you can take low carb/keto wraps bought in store, cut them into triangles, salt and oil them and air fry to make “tortilla chips” for dipping.

@ Debbie LaSalle Not true, only if you are still eating other things like sweets, bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. The keto diet is not just about meat and cheese. Look it up, it's healthy fats. Alot of people say they are doing keto but, they are doing dirty lazy keto. There's a difference. Look up clean keto, it's the best "diet". And I put the word diet in quotes because it's really a way of life.

Lol you're really bad at numbers apparently.... On keto you need more sodium, but she definitely didn't use anywhere near 300k mg anyway, especially per serving.
