I made this a couple of weeks ago and let me tell you...his reaction when eating it was exactly mine. Nailed it on my first time! It was amazing and many of my non-keto colleagues I made try it loved it! No sugar except for what is in the peanut butter and dark chocolate AND tastes as frigging good as it does?? Game changer! Just finishing the last piece! May have to make it again immediately! Seriously...do make the peanut butter cookies first. They are just scrumptious and then you'll be ready to do the cheesecake. This has got to be one of the best cheesecake recipes on the planet, Keto or No Keto !! I kid you not!! Hard to believe it is legal and am still losing! I limited ourselves to a slice every other night or we would've been lost!

I made this over the weekend and number one; no one suspected it was keto, two; the brown butter was an awesome tip, and three; I had to freeze the other half- I had a hard time stopping, he's absolutely right. I think it's the best keto dessert I've made. Maybe the best dessert period! Thank you!

Net carbs 3g X 16 = 48....that is the whole cake. Who the hell eats a whole cake? I for one would be sick and if a person does that then they clearly have an eating disorder and need food addiction therapy because eating plan will ever help.

You could use 100% dark chocolate with no added sugar and then add stevia or the easy thing to do would be to add a bar of Lily's no sugar added dark chocolate which already has the artificial sweetener in it.

You can use coconut oil ,grape or other healthy fats. Low-fat cream cheese....and you’ll have much less calories.

I’ve been making this regularly. I’ve changed it a little though. Instead of using the peanut butter cookie crust, I use the chocolate crust from the coffee tart. It’s great! And saves the step of making the cookies!

Ok, I just finished making this cheesecake.. My thoughts.. first, absolutely delicious. That is what is most important. I used the 7” springform pan and it is really too small. 8” would have been much better. I made the cookie recipe and had lots of crumbs leftover. Lots of filling leftover too. I used all the extra stuff to make 5 extra small portions in cups. Darned if I would throw any of this away.. This recipe is a keeper. I also added a bit more sweetener to the filling. Good you suggested to taste,

I feel the same way every time I take a bite of this dessert! It’s lovely!!! I also have made it in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. You can lift the whole thing out and slice it. Makes portion control easier too!

I know what you mean about locking away something. I made stuffed jalepenos out of canned whole and onion and chive cream cheese and then wrapped in bacon. I cooked all twelve thinking I might like them but could resist and freeze the rest. Well there's not one left. Next time I will make them and freeze them before I cook them that way they will last.
