The sauce featured in this recipe was “Sriracha” by True Made Foods. The seasoning featured in this recipe was “Game Day & Queen Bee” by Shore Smoke Seasoning. The knife used in this recipe was the “Gravity Series: Utility” from Spaceman Knives. All of this was prepared in my Blackstone 36” Griddle/ Air fryer combo.
