A really easy low carb ravioli is as follows: Buy sliced provolone. Place on parchment paper and into a 350 degree oven for about 3 minutes. Put approx. 1.5 tablespoons of filling in the middle, then fold over. You have to fold it over while the provolone is still warm. I wait about 30 seconds after I take it out of the oven. If it starts to get too difficult to fold over, just put it back in the oven briefly.

But I like for mine to have the consistency of the real thing. Sorry but I'm definitely going to be making Mayras technique better than cheese.

Love these. Make them all the time ! Definitely gonna try Mayra's also, they look fabulous! Many of her recipes are on my regular rotation. Her food is the bomb!

You can use an empty water bottle to separate the egg. Just put it over the yolk and squeeze and voila!♡

I crack the egg into a bowl, then grab the yolk out with my hand. But I use the same method as you did just as often. Thank for the yummy recipe!!

I saw KZbinr Andrea Jean separate egg yolks using a plastic slotted spoon. I haven’t tried it. But I don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

You want pasture raised, organic eggs. Pasteurized has nothing to do with the nutrients. Cheap eggs.. chickens fed gmo corn, soy, chemicals.

It might look fabulous but it was absolutely disgusting. I only got 3 ravioli out of the batter because it had to be so thick just to pick it up. How many times do you make a recipe before it comes out perfectly. You are always so positive about every dish you make and it’s so delicious. I find it hard to trust your reaction from now on. I wish you were more truthful about the actual taste of things. 2nd recipe from you that was awful
